The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the direction of preparation “Jurisprudence” (qualification (degree) “Master”) On the basis of the analysis of the legislation on the national payment system, the concept and structure of the national payment system, the types of payment systems, goals and principles of regulating public relations that develop in the process of organizing and functioning of the national payment system, are examined, the features of the legal status of the national payment system, and the principles of regulation of the national payment system are revealed. The specifics of the legal status of the Bank of Russia as a body that regulates, supervision and observation in the national payment system is revealed.
