Financial and legal regulation of the circulation of precious metals in the Russian Federation

This monograph is devoted to the consideration of issues related to the financial and legal regulation of the circulation of precious metals in the Russian Federation. The work examines the legal nature of precious metals, analyzes the features of the legal regulation of social relations that develop in the process of circulation of precious metals, their role in the organization of monetary circulation, and the structure and specifics of the formation of international reserves of the Russian Federation are considered.
