This Federal Law is adopted in order to protect life, health, property of citizens and legal entities, state and municipal property from fires, determines the basic provisions of technical regulation in the field of fire safety and establish the general requirements of fire safety for protection objects (products), including to buildings and structures, industrial facilities, fire-technical products and general products. Technical regulations adopted in accordance with the Federal Law of December 27, 2002 No. 184 -ФЗ "On Technical Regulation" (hereinafter - the Federal Law On Technical Regulation) do not apply to the part containing fire safety requirements for the specified products different from requirements established by this Federal Law
