This publication contains the text of the Federal Law of December 13, 1996 No. 150-ФЗ "On Weapons", as well as the Decree of July 21, 1998 No. 814 "On measures to regulate the turnover of civilian and service weapons and cartridges to it in the Russian Federation" With applications. The texts are given with changes and additions to 2021, the latest amendments are specified separately. If there are changes that come into force later, then together with the editors of the norm in force on this date, the norm in the new version is given and the date with which it comes into force is indicated
