This Federal Law regulates the legal relations that arise during the back of civilian, service, as well as military manual small arms and cold weapons in the Russian Federation, is aimed at protecting the life and health of citizens, property, ensuring public security, protecting nature and natural resources, ensuring the development of related to using sports weapons of sports, strengthening international cooperation in the fight against crime and illegal spread of weapons (as amended by Federal Law of 31.05.2010 No. 111-ФЗ).
