This Federal Law determines the status of the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation, sovereign rights and jurisdiction of the Russian Federation in its exclusive economic zone and their implementation in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, universally recognized principles and norms of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation. Issues related to the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation and activities in it, not provided for by this Federal Law, are regulated by other federal laws applicable to the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation and activities in it
