This Federal Law establishes the basic guarantees of the rights and legitimate interests of the child provided for by the Constitution of the Russian Federation in order to create legal, socio-economic conditions for the realization of the rights and legitimate interests of the child.
The state recognizes childhood with an important stage in human life and proceeds from the principles of priority for the preparation of children for a full life in society, the development of socially significant and creative activity, the education of high moral qualities, patriotism and citizenship in them
