The book reveals a story, as well as the mechanism for the preparation and adoption of the Federal Law “On Police”. It describes the main stages and content often invisible to a common person and wide circles of the population of preparatory and billing work. It is told about how and thanks to whom they arose, transformed or the key provisions of the law were preserved, specific facts and examples are given.
It seems that this work can be interesting in terms of understanding not only the content of the basic provisions of the Federal Law “On the Police”, but also the conditions in which they arose, the reasons for the use of certain formulations, the preservation of certain provisions of the previous legislation.
