This manual was prepared to study a special course of criminal law disciplines "Features of the use of the results of operational-search activities in criminal cases." It consists of five sections, for each of which the purpose of its study, a list of elements, as well as the main topics, their brief summary and issues for self -training are given. In addition, approximate topics for essays, practical tasks, as well as test tests are proposed.
The tasks are prepared on the basis of law enforcement practice and are focused on the most pressing problems of using the results of operational-search activities in the criminal process. Many of them do not have a definite solution and involve a discussion on the appropriate topic.
