Features of the organization of pre -trial production in the context of the introduction of restrictive measures

In the work by analyzing the materials of judicial and investigative practice, the problems that arose during criminal proceedings in cases of the introduction of restrictive measures associated with the spread of a new coronavirus infection Covid-19 were identified.
Their comprehensive study made it possible to formulate specific proposals aimed at improving the quality of pre-trial proceedings, the organization of rational planning of the investigation in criminal cases, compliance with the deadlines provided for by law and fundamental criminal procedure principles.
