Features of criminal proceedings against certain categories of persons under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation. Monograph.
The monographs reflect the results of a comprehensive comparative legal study of the features and problems of pre-trial criminal proceedings in relation to certain categories of persons with special legal status in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.
In work, the legal nature of the special legal status of certain categories of persons is reflected in a new way. The essence of the Criminal Procedure Institute, uniting norms, which regulate the special procedure for criminal proceedings in relation to the circle of subjects, has been identified. The periodization of the formation and development of this institution in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation has been developed. The legal guarantees of persons endowed with special legal status in the criminal process of Kyrgyzstan and Russia are systematized. The conflicts and gaps of the Kyrgyz and Russian legislation regulating the sphere of legal relations are determined, and the ways to eliminate them are proposed.
