The collection of the chosen works of the famous Russian civilist, Doctor of Law, Professor Bronislav Michislavovich Gongalo, included works created since the 80s of the last century.
The first three volumes of publications include works on civil law (the author’s general preface to these volumes is published in volume 1), the fourth volume is dedicated to housing law, the fifth - family law, hereditary law and international private law.
Volume 4 contains work on housing law published in 1984-2019. They consider general issues of the theory of housing law, such as its structure, a place in the system of law, etc., much attention is paid to comments on the Russian housing legislation of the Soviet and modern periods, the general and special in approaches to the legal regulation of housing relations on different The stages of Russian history of modern times, which took place at the same time changes in the conceptual apparatus of housing legislation.
