The collection of the chosen works of the famous Russian civilist, Doctor of Law, Professor Bronislav Michislavovich Gongalo, included works created since the 80s of the last century.
The first three volumes of publications include works on civil law (the author’s general preface to these volumes is published in volume 1), the fourth volume is dedicated to housing law.
Volume 5 contains work on family law, hereditary law and international private law, published in 1989-2020. First of all, they reveal the corresponding basic concepts and principles of regulation (in particular, individual chapters of the “Family Law” textbooks, "International Private Law", the article "The main principles of family legislation", and comments on a number of articles of the civil and family codes of the Russian Federation are devoted to these issues) . Work specially dedicated to the main principles of family legislation, marriage contract, alimony obligations, determination of the inheritance mass of spouses in a joint test is also published.
At the end of the volume, a list of works by B.M. Gongalo and the alphabetical index of his work, which included in the five -volume Favorites". Each section of volume is equipped with an author"s preface
