This work is devoted to the problems of determining the family status of a child in various legal relations with his participation. It reveals the features and content of such a status, its specificity is revealed and determined depending on the child’s belonging to a particular group.
The author proposed ways to solve some problems arising in judicial practice in cases with the participation of a child, due to the lack of determining the family status of a child both in science and in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The basis for many conclusions was the practice of the activities of courts of different levels.
The work is performed on the basis of the legislation of both Russian and foreign, their analysis and practice of application is presented.
The legislation is given as of March 2018
The monograph can be useful to officials of authorities, students, graduate students of legal universities, practical workers, and family and civil law specialists
