The Chebnik was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education in the specialty “Law and Organization of Social Security”, OP.07 “Family Law”.
The main provisions of family law set forth in an accessible form and in accordance with the current version of the Family Code of the Russian Federation are given. The basic concepts of family law are included, the nature of family legal relations is disclosed, including personal property and non -property, distinctive features of marriage relations, features of parents and children, the forms of arranging children left without parental care, and alimony obligations. The main acts of civil status are considered.
Each chapter ends with questions and tasks that help consolidate the material studied and require the use of various forms of active learning students. Applications make it possible to conduct practical classes and achieve the necessary competencies provided for by the standard of education
