The presented textbook was prepared by the faculty of the Department of Family and Housing Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (MGUA) and is intended for studying by students of law faculties and universities of the Family Law (levels of preparation - "Bachelor"s specialty" and "Specialty ")
The book reveals the general provisions of family law, family relations, the conclusion, termination and invalidity of marriage, the rights and obligations of spouses, the establishment of the origin of children, the rights and obligations of parents and children, the alimony obligations of family members, the forms of raising children left without a care parents, the application of family legislation to family relations with the participation of foreign citizens and stateless persons.
Current trends in the development of legislation, law enforcement practice and legal doctrine are taken into account. The textbook complies with the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education in the areas of training 40.03.01 "Jurisprudence" ("Bachelor"s"), 40.05.03 Forensic Expertise ("Specialty"), 40.05.01 "Legal support for national security" ("Specialty") , 40.05.04 "Judicial and prosecutor"s activity" ("Specialty")
