The first issue of the annual “Almanac of Family Law” is a collection of scientific articles devoted to the consideration of international aspects of the protection of the rights of the child. The almanacs include articles that investigate the protection of children"s rights in such cross -border family legal relations as international abduction of children, the definition of jurisdiction on cross -border disputes about children, the establishment of paternity, and kafala. The Almanac presents articles from four countries: Russia, France, Great Britain and the USA.
