Family business in modern life realities can and should act as a link between the state, small and large areas of the organization of entrepreneurial activity. It is designed to realize the solution of numerous organizational and legal issues arising from the interaction of the state and business structures. The collective monograph is devoted to the most interesting problems of the family business, its place in the system of business processes and innovations, taking into account the latest changes in entrepreneurial, corporate, civil, family legislation and judicial practice. The influence of the changes in the legal regulation of family relations on the development of business processes and entrepreneurial activity, taking into account the intensive development of innovative processes in modern Russia, is determined.
