It is designed to implement the solution of numerous organizational and legal issues arising from the interaction of the state and business structures.
A collective monograph is devoted to the most interesting problems of the family business, its place in the system of business processes and innovations, taking into account the latest changes in entrepreneurial, corporate, civil, family legislation and judicial practice.
