Falsification of evidence in a criminal case: legislative regulation and qualification

The work is a detailed criminal legal analysis of the composition of falsification of evidence in the criminal case (part 2 and 3 of article 303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) Based on the study of the current legislation, scientific sources and judicial practice, the issues of legislative regulation of the composition are considered in detail

VA and the qualifications of the relevant criminal acts. The existing problematic points of qualifications are analyzed and recommendations are given on their practical decision, the ratio and distinction with adjacent corpus delicti is determined.
