With the annexation of Russia in 1998, another instance has appeared to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights to combat injustice - appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
However, not every complaint is accepted - most of the statements are rejected by the ECHR as unfounded. This happens primarily because the applicants are not aware of the approaches and evaluation criteria that the ECHR uses when selecting complaints for consideration.
Having more than 20 years of lawyer practice and extensive experience in circulation in the ECHR, the author of this work, which is the first book in the Trilogy Just court through the eyes of the ECHR, draws attention to the non -standard approach of the judges of the European Court to the issues that, to First glance, they can not even doubt any lawyer.
