Evaluation of effectiveness in the public service system. Tutorial

The publication sets out a conceptual apparatus related to the issues of evaluating effectiveness and effectiveness in the public service system.
Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the effectiveness of the professional activities of civil servants, the application of indicators and criteria for effectiveness in assessing state bodies and their structural units. The algorithm for introducing indicators and criteria for the effectiveness of the practice of state bodies is disclosed.
