The textbook is devoted to the study of the current problem - the role and place of evaluative examination in civil and arbitration processes. It consists of three parts. The first part contains general information about the procedure for conducting a forensic evaluation examination. The second is dedicated to the arbitration process and deeds in which the role of evaluative activity is the greatest. The third includes similar information about the cases considered by the courts of general jurisdiction.
Each topic is set out as of September 1, 2019, taking into account changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation, both already entering into legal force and entering in the near future. All information is confirmed by references to the current judicial practice on the topic under consideration, comments of expert experts and practitioners.
