The work is devoted to the study of the European Union and its judicial system from the standpoint of the theory of state and law and some other legal disciplines. Particular attention in it is paid to the consideration of issues relating to the structure of the judicial system of the European Union, the principles of its organization and activity, the jurisdiction of supranational judicial bodies, the nature of their relations with national courts.
