The monograph is devoted to the study of state-legal aspects of classical Eurasian teachings. The conclusion about relevance and significance for the domestic and foreign policy of modern Russia many postulates of the classical Eurasian doctrine is justified. A detailed study of the original Eurasian concept of the guarantee state, which allowed the facet of modern Russian statehood as the embodiment of its social, national, national and legal characteristics, was carried out. For the first time in the scientific literature, the category "Eurasian constitutionalism" was formulated, which allows to give a generalized idea of the contribution of the Eurasians to the development of the science of the constitutional law of Russia, which is of particular importance in the context of constitutional reform carried out in the country.
