This work is a continuation of the monograph published in 2019 Philosophy of Criminal Law: Preservation of the issue. If in the previous work the object of the study was a criminal law thought, then the object of this book has already become industry knowledge that has its own laws of being. The author studied the genesis of knowledge, its composition, connection with knowledge and consciousness. He identified the subjects of knowledge, appreciated their priorities. I determined the objects of knowledge, their condition and factors affecting their formation. In conclusion, he formulated the causes of the crisis of criminal law and tried to outline the trajectory of the emergence of a new in science and practice of this industry.
The epistemology of criminal law is considered as part of the social epistemology-one of the modern areas of study of knowledge engaged in the study of the main methods of cognition of social reality, including criminal law.
Research materials can be applied in the development of recommendations for monitoring social and legal processes, preventing the negative consequences of using modern social management and manipulation technologies
