The monograph discusses both general and private issues of entrepreneurial law, including the problems of the formation of its doctrine, the formation of sources, the development of legal personality, state regulation and self -regulation of entrepreneurial activity, innovation and investment, including foreign, entrepreneurial agreements, contract systems in the field of procurement of goods , works, services to provide state or municipal needs.
Particular attention in the work is paid to the aspect of the legal regulation of atomic energy and entrepreneurial activity based on the use of natural resources, as well as the problems of improving the mechanism sewn the rights of entrepreneurial structures.
