The textbook was prepared by the faculty of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines REU named after G. V. Plekhanov in accordance with the State Educational Standard. Taking into account the interaction of private law and public means of regulating entrepreneurial activity, the textbook reveals such significant theoretical issues as the concept of entrepreneurial law and entrepreneurial legal relations, an entrepreneurial agreement, the general provisions on entrepreneurial law and the legal regime of entrepreneurial law, and the legal regulation of insolvency is analyzed ( bankruptcy) The main attention in the book is paid to state regulation of various types of entrepreneurial activity. As separate chapters, material on the protection of consumer rights and responsibility in entrepreneurial law has been set out. The textbook is prepared on the basis of the latest legislation using judicial practice to illustrate theoretical issues. The legislation is given as of August 2018.
