The training manual, taking into account the latest changes made to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, analyzes the signs of crimes in the field of entrepreneurial activity, the so -called entrepreneurial crimes. The classification of the undergoing crimes is given, the basic concepts used by the legislator are disclosed to characterize socially dangerous acts, including the involvement of the provisions of industry legislation, as well as trends in law enforcement practice. A significant place is given to discussion problems that are proposed to be solved by relying on the general theoretical attitudes of the criminal law and clarification of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
