Ensuring the internal affairs bodies of law enforcement in transport: historical, legal and organizational aspects

The monograph explores the features and problems of the functioning of the system of internal affairs bodies on railway, air and water transport based on the generalization of the historical experience of the practical activities of these bodies, as well as legal acts regulating it. The theoretical and legal foundations of the activities of the internal affairs bodies in transport are revealed. The role and place of internal affairs bodies in the field of ensuring transport security is determined.
