Examples and positive incidents are presented, in particular, the protection of taxpayers" rights from legitimate and objective tax sanctions.
The study is aimed at the effective application of the Casus a Nullo Praestantur rule in the work of ships considering economic disputes, to improve the quality of economic education and deeply understanding the nature of the market.
