The monograph examines the issues of a common part of criminal law in an application to economic crimes. The author, defending the concept of economic criminal law as an independent suburb of criminal law, consistently analyzes the criminals -forming features of the relevant crimes, the specifics of objective and subjective signs of corpus delicti, the stages of the crime, complicity in the crime, circumstances that exclude the crime of the act, and punishment. The work is based on the modern criminal and other legislation of the Russian Federation (as of September 1, 2018), the legislation of foreign countries, judicial practice, and doctrinal sources.
