For the first time in the Russian criminal law literature, the problems of responsibility for causing harm as a result of a traffic accident with the participation of a highly automated vehicle are investigated. The characteristic of the drone is given, the features of the security violation mechanism are shown, while special attention is paid to the role of information threats in its accident rate (a model of threats to the security of the “highly automated vehicle - road infrastructure” is presented), general and special issues of criminalization and penalization of violations of the functioning of the functioning of the functioning of the functioning of Robo cars, the experience of solving similar issues in foreign countries is shown.
