The manual is devoted to the problems of documenting the illegal activities of convicts contained in correctional institutions.
The material of the book is aimed at expanding knowledge, as well as improving the skills of law enforcement officials to quickly and correctly carry out actions to receive and verify applications and reports on the crimes committed, to increase the effectiveness of bringing to criminal liability of convicts committing unlawful acts during the period serving a criminal sentence of imprisonment.
The algorithm for the actions of employees of correctional institutions to document the illegal activities of convicts applying violence, insulting by government or disorganization of the normal activity of a correctional institution, is presented approximate samples of procedural documents, which should be filled out if signs of crimes provided for in Art. 318, 319, 321 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a scientific and practical commentary was compiled, explaining certain problematic issues of law enforcement practice.

The allowance will be useful to practical law enforcement officials, as well as teachers, adjuncts, cadets and all those who are interested in countering crimes committed in relation to representatives of the authorities
