This work is the second edition of the book "Disputes in the field of energy supply" (collection of legal positions of senior courts), recognized in 2017 by the Association of Corporate Lawyers (Okur) by the publication of the year.
The publication is the result of the analysis of the long -term and very extensive practice of the application by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation of the legislation in the field of energy supply - activities that meditate the transfer of energy resources (electric energy, thermal energy, water, gas) through the connected) net.
For inclusion in the collection, documents containing the most relevant and significant legal positions of the courts are selected. The documents are distributed according to the sections of the thematic rubricator (table of contents) and are accompanied by key conclusions and theses, which allows us to solve the problems of increasing the visibility of numerous judicial documents, the efficiency of searching, analyzing and systematizing the necessary legal information.
