The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of the legal regulation of disciplinary liability of civil servants. Based on the study, a conclusion is formulated that the development of a modern concept of disciplinary liability in the system of public service of the Russian Federation and the adoption of the Federal Law “On the official discipline of state civil servants of the Russian Federation”, the draft of which is given in the appendix. Measures are proposed to optimize existing types of disciplinary sanctions.
