The monograph is the first volume of a series of books on the most relevant and demanded in practice the problems of digital civil circulation.
Despite the abundance of legal literary sources about digitalization, the presence of a regulatory framework, a significant number of theoretical and practical problems remain unresolved or resolved legally incorrectly incorrectly. In this paper, copyright approaches to solving the problems of digital civil circulation using legal, economic and technical material are presented and substantiated.
The availability of detailed justifications of the author’s positions on key problems of digitalization of civil circulation (distributed registry technologies, digital rights, tokens, cryptocurrency, mining, boosting, digital form of the contract, online classics, digital intermediaries, smart contract, electronic. Purchases, electronic stores, electronic document management and a number of others) allows the use of the material of this book to representatives of the judicial community and other law enforcement in order to substantiate the decisions of the cases and other disputed situations. The practical-oriented approach of the authors to solve digitalization problems makes the publication interesting for representatives of the business community and practicing lawyers.
Monograph material is based on a systemic, detailed study of a large number of legal, economic, technical domestic and foreign sources. Since one of the tasks of creating this work was the enlightenment of young scientists, especially for students of legal and other humanitarian higher educational institutions of undergraduate levels, magistracy, specialty, graduate school, after each chapter, a list of regulatory legal acts, judicial practice and additional literature was presented.
