The fundamental scientific problem, the solution of which is aimed at the study, is the need to form a comprehensive scientific idea of regulating the law of hereditary relations complicated by the use of digital technologies. This scientific representation concerns both the general issues of inheritance law (principles, the grounds of inheritance, subjects, objects of inheritance succession), as well as private inheritance issues (inheritance by testament, inheritance by law, the execution of inheritance rights) According to the results of the work, scientifically substantiated conclusions were formulated, as well as proposals for improving the legislation and judicial practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
