Dictionary of legal analytical graphics

Schemes and schematization are one of the necessary means of professional activity of a modern specialist. Schematization allows you to see the scale and framework of the problem field, to single out the main thing in the analytical situation, to detect its constituent elements, to show their relationship, and gives an impetus to the construction of conceptual approaches. The book proposes elements (graphems) of the language of legal analytical graphics and some typical “expressions” of the graphic language in law. Numerous examples of analytical schematization of various purposes are given, some of them were created by students - students of the course “Legal Analytics”. Dictionary of terms given.
