The work considers the circle of theoretical and legal issues regarding delegated legislation. In particular, the concept and reasons for appeal to delegated legislation, the problems arising from its application. Firstly, the legal nature of delegated acts, the main stages of development of this source of law, the procedure for adoption and form of control, applied to delegated acts within the framework of the legal system of the European Union are considered. Particular attention is paid to the problems that arise when applying them.
