Customs legal dictionary-reference

The reference dictionary contains basic concepts and definitions that reveal the essence of customs regulation in the Customs Union of the EAEU and the Russian Federation. It presents a list of regulatory legal acts regulating customs relations in the Russian Federation and other EAEU participants. Materials of judicial practice illustrate various aspects of controversial situations in the field of customs and the mechanism of their resolution. The list of recommended sources of specialized literature contains a list of monographs, scientific articles, dissertation research, as well as other educational and scientific literature.
