The basic concepts and categories of customs law, the mechanism of legal regulation of customs relations, the legal status of the main participants in customs relations are given. The order of customs clearance of goods and vehicles is covered. The features of the calculation and payment of customs payments, the procedure for collecting debts, types of interim measures, the procedure for returning customs and other payments are shown. The essence of customs control and its form is disclosed. Customs procedures are considered. It is based on regulatory documents governing the activities of the Customs Union, created on the basis of the Eurasian Economic Union, and modern legislation of the Russian Federation. They used: the TC EAEU (entered into force on January 1, 2018) and the Federal Law of 03.08.2018 No. 289-ФЗ "On Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation".
