Curriculum of the discipline Civil Law

This publication publishes educational and methodological materials at the Civil Law course, taking into account existing curricula and educational standards, as well as changes in civil law of the Russian Federation. The manual includes the organizational and methodological section, the content of the program based on a competency-based approach to the training of future lawyers, the study plan, educational and technical and technical support of the discipline “Civil Law”, diagnostic materials of the current and final control of the quality of discipline. The presented training materials underwent practical testing by the author in the process of teaching in accordance with the urgent needs and tasks of teaching in higher educational institutions. The systematic and affordable presentation of the material will allow the most effective way to use the time and existing knowledge in preparation for lectures, practical classes, seminars, tests and exams in the discipline “Civil Law”.
