The book, based on versatile material, analyzes the issues of creating an autonomous body in Russia but to fight corruption and organized crime and improving the legal framework in this area. The problems of removal of income from these forms of criminal activity, the application of criminal punishment for corrupt officials, increasing the effectiveness of the fight against leaders and the “authorities” of the criminal environment are also considered. Proposals are substantiated to change the current legislation and the organization of law enforcement.
