Here is the first edition of the textbook on the discipline "Actual problems of labor law", prepared for students of the magistracy. The textbook is based on the experience of teaching this discipline by authors at the Moscow State University of Law named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University), as well as other universities in Russia and abroad. The textbook discusses practical aspects of the application of labor legislation and judicial practice, as well as theoretical concepts of labor law.
The legislation is provided as of November 2016.
