Current issues of ensuring the rights of participants in criminal proceedings

The monographs investigate various aspects of ensuring the rights of participants in criminal proceedings in the light of international standards of personality rights and the basic principles of criminal procedure. The work considers issues related to the legal situation of both the power participants in the criminal process (investigator, prosecutor, inquiry bodies), as well as interested participants in the procedural activity (victim, accused) at various stages of pre -trial and court proceedings.
