The proposed textbook comprehensively outlines the course of urgent problems of entrepreneurial law. History, concept, sources, place of entrepreneurial law in the system of branches of Russian law are highlighted. The concept of entrepreneurial activity in relation to related categories is analyzed.
The general, special, special legal regimes of entrepreneurship are considered. Separately, experimental, sanctions regimes, an increased readiness and legal regime of the activity of self -employed citizens are represented. Actual problems of legal regulation of entrepreneurial and other economic activities are evaluated through the prism of state, family, innovative entrepreneurship. Particular attention is paid to the ecosystem of the digital economy of Russia.
The material is presented on the basis of legislation, doctrines, law enforcement practice, equipped with links to Internet resources, as well as hyperlinks to bibliographic resources. Each chapter ends with a working notebook with various tasks, tests, control questions.
The legislation is given as of July 31, 2020
The book is primarily addressed to students on master"s programs for the training of lawyers for legal support of business and graduate students, mastering the training programs for the highest qualifications. The textbook may be interesting to a wide range of readers: students in undergraduate and specialty, doctoral students, teachers of legal and economic universities and faculties, as well as practicing lawyers and entrepreneurs
