The project "Moscow Civilism", opened by this book, affects various sections of private law and combines the studies of talented graduates, graduate students, undergraduates and students of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, executed under the leadership of teachers of the Department of Civil Law in the field of their specialization.
The Contract Law cycle is devoted to fundamental and applied issues of contract law. It was prepared by graduates, graduate students, undergraduates and students of the department of civil law to the approaching 270th anniversary of Moscow University and includes five collective monographs published one per year up to the anniversary date under the general name "Actual problems of contract law, and a textbook , revealing the main institutions of modern contract law ("Fundamentals of contract law")
The focus of the authors of the authors is the analysis of the classical theory of contract law in the light of challenges set by the modern era, the study of new methodologies in this area, the understanding of the evolution of Russian and foreign contract law, including the current trends of its harmonization and unification.
For students, graduate students, teachers of legal universities, practicing lawyers and all those who are not indifferent to Russian and foreign private law
