The collective monograph based on the results of the international scientific conference “17th Spiridon Readings” presents the thoughts of the authors about the prospects and content of the cultural approach to the research and design of legal reality. A cultural turn is a new (another) view of legal reality in comparison with traditional, classic types of law enforcement, more adequate to a post -consumer sociocultural context. The authors explore both general theoretical problems of measuring law through the prism of culture, as well as historical, comparative legal and specific legal problems. The book is focused on teachers, graduate students, and senior students of law universities, as well as all those interested in modern problems of law and culturology
