The collective monograph is devoted to the consideration of private law and public law issues of regulating the release, storage, exchange, purchase and sale of cryptocurrency. The study shows the key aspects of the legal regulation of cryptocurrencies in various jurisdictions, determines the content of the mechanism of their legal regulation, provides proposals regarding the changes in domestic legislation to regulate mining and cryptocurrency market, and the features of the legal, economic and technical content of cryptocurrency mining were identified. The work analyzes the world experience of legal regulation of digital products, including cryptocurrencies, based on the distributed register technology - blockchain.
